A graduate of Central Missouri State, Steward worked for FedEx, where he was named Salesman of the Year prior to launching WWT. After graduating at the top of his MBA class at the University of Missouri, Mann became the youngest partner of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (now part of Cushman & Wakefield). He has served as a church elder as well as an advisor to numerous companies, ministries, non-profits, and individuals.
